When I am trying to stick to a specific diet, I find that the hardest thing is keeping food interesting. Finding great fitness friendly recipes can be a struggle, especially when you are looking to fit 200+ grams of protein into a day, while limiting carbs or fat. **These muffins are amazing. I add an extra tbsp of cocoa and sub 1 zucchini for the cup of oats, these are great for snacking
